Aurora Care Terms of Service
Ragaven LLC, d/b/a RagavenCare and AuroraCare
Effective Date: October 28, 2026
Last Updated: October 28, 2026
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN AN IMPORTANT WELLNESS AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (SECTION 3), AN ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE (SECTION 6), LIMITATIONS ON OUR LIABILITY (SECTIONS 15 AND 16), AND A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT WITH A CLASS-ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECTS HOW DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED (SECTION 19). YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION WITHIN 30 DAYS AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 19.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Ragaven LLC, doing business as RagavenCare and AuroraCare ("Ragaven," "Aurora Care," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of the Aurora Care mobile application (the "App"), the Aurora Care Angel web portal, and related websites, content, and services (together, the "Services"). Our Privacy Policy and our End User License Agreement (EULA) are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By tapping "Agree," creating an account, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and are using the Services in the United States. If a family member or other helper assists you in setting up or using the Services, you remain the account holder, and you confirm that the choices made on your behalf reflect your wishes.
2. What Aurora Care Is
Aurora Care is a general wellness application. It helps people ("Stars") and the family members, friends, and caregivers they choose ("Angels") observe general wellness patterns over time, notice changes from a Star's own usual readings, keep track of medications and appointments, and stay connected. It is designed to help you decide whether to seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional — it does not make that decision for you, and it does not provide medical judgment.
The Services may include: camera-based wellness estimates; trends and personal baselines; threshold notifications you configure; Apple Health integration; lab-value tracking and general risk-education estimates; medication and appointment reminders; Safe Zone location notifications; Voice Help requests; HomeKit sensor events; and alerts to Angels. Features vary by version and may change.
3. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. BY USING THE SERVICES YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
3.1 Not a medical device. Aurora Care is not a medical device. It has not been cleared, approved, or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority. It is intended only for general wellness purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, monitor, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
3.2 Not a substitute for medical care. Aurora Care is not a replacement for medical devices (such as blood-pressure cuffs, pulse oximeters, ECG monitors, or glucose meters), laboratory tests, diagnostic tools, clinical evaluation, clinical validation, professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care by a licensed healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything you see, or do not see, in Aurora Care.
3.3 Estimates, not measurements. Camera-based readings (including pulse, breathing rate, heart-rate variability, stress indicators, blood-pressure estimates, and blood-oxygen estimates), risk estimates, trends, baselines, and anomaly indicators are estimates generated by software. They are not clinical measurements and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Accuracy can be affected by lighting, movement, camera quality, makeup, facial hair, skin characteristics, eyewear, temperature, medications, irregular heart rhythms, other health conditions, network conditions, and other factors. Do not use any Aurora Care reading to make medical decisions, including starting, stopping, or changing any medication or treatment. If you need an accurate measurement, use an appropriate medical device or consult a healthcare professional.
3.4 No reliance on the absence of an alert. A "normal" reading, the absence of a notification, or the absence of a trend does not mean you are healthy or that no problem exists. Aurora Care may miss changes that matter.
3.5 Not an emergency service. Aurora Care is not a 911 service, emergency response system, medical alert system, personal emergency response system (PERS), alarm-monitoring service, or substitute for emergency personnel. Aurora Care does not contact 911 or emergency services on your behalf. Voice Help, fall and inactivity events, Safe Zone notifications, and Angel alerts are best-effort support features only. If you think you or anyone else may be having a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately or use your phone's Emergency SOS feature.
3.6 No doctor–patient relationship. Using Aurora Care does not create a doctor–patient, nurse–patient, or any other healthcare-provider relationship with Ragaven, NuraLogix, or anyone else. Ragaven does not practice medicine and does not employ or supervise the Angels you link with.
3.7 Educational content. General information in the Services (including explanations of readings and risk estimates) is for education only and is not individualized medical advice.
4. Alerts, Notifications, and Voice Help Are Best-Effort
Aurora Care attempts to notify linked Angels when certain events occur (for example, a reading outside a range the Star set, a Safe Zone departure, a Voice Help request, or a HomeKit fall event) through push notifications, in-app alerts, and SMS where configured. We do not guarantee that any alert, notification, reminder, or message will be generated, sent, delivered, displayed, heard, noticed, or acted on, or that it will be timely. Delivery depends on things outside our control, including device settings, silent mode, Focus or Do Not Disturb, notification permissions, battery and power state, network and cellular coverage, carrier delivery, Apple and other third-party platforms, and the recipient's availability and attention. No Angel is obligated to monitor, respond to, or act on any alert, and neither Ragaven nor any Angel is responsible for doing so. Turning off permissions or features may stop alerts entirely.
5. Stars and Angels
5.1 Stars control sharing. A Star decides which Angels to link and what each Angel may see or do, and may change or revoke those permissions at any time.
5.2 Angel responsibilities. If you are an Angel, you agree to: use a Star's information only to support that Star's wellness and safety; keep it confidential; not disclose it to others without the Star's permission; and respect the Star's decisions. Any medication or other change you propose takes effect only if the Star confirms it.
5.3 Angels are not agents of Ragaven. Angels are independent people chosen by the Star. They are not our employees, contractors, or agents, and they are not healthcare professionals because of their role in Aurora Care. We are not responsible for any Angel's acts or omissions, including any failure to respond to an alert.
5.4 Helpers and representatives. If you set up or use the Services on behalf of another adult, you represent that you have that person's permission or the legal authority to do so, and you are responsible for your actions on their behalf.
6. Assumption of Risk and Release
YOU UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING THE SERVICES AND RELYING ON ANY INFORMATION THEY PROVIDE, INCLUDING THE RISK THAT READINGS ARE INACCURATE AND THAT ALERTS ARE DELAYED OR NOT DELIVERED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Ragaven and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, licensors (including NuraLogix Corporation), and service providers (the "Ragaven Parties") from all claims, demands, and damages of every kind, known and unknown, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, any reading or estimate, any alert or the failure of any alert, and the acts or omissions of any Angel or other user. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party." You waive any similar law of any other jurisdiction. This release does not apply to claims that cannot be released under applicable law.
7. Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your device, passcode, and credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@ragavencare.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification by one-time codes sent by SMS or email; message and data rates may apply.
8. Subscriptions and Payment
8.1 Purchases through Apple. Paid features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store. Prices, billing periods, and any free trial are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
8.2 Refunds. Payments are processed by Apple, and refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. Except as required by law or by Apple's policies, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.
8.3 Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We or Apple will notify you in advance as required, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
8.4 Taxes. Prices may not include applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.
8.5 Grace period and deletion when a plan ends. If a plan ends and is not renewed, we notify the Star and every linked Angel. We send a notice by push notification and email on days 1, 7, 21, and 29 after the plan ends. The last notice is also sent by text message. A 30-day grace period begins when the first notice reaches the Star. If no one renews the plan within 30 days after that first notice, we delete the Star's account and its data. While Apple is still retrying a failed payment, we wait longer before deleting the account, up to 60 days after the plan ended. Section 8 of the Privacy Policy lists the data we delete and the few records we keep.
8.6 What happens during the grace period. During the grace period, readings and location sharing are paused. Fall alerts and Safe Zone alerts that the Star has switched on keep working. The Star can download a copy of their data in Settings › Download my data. The Star can also buy their own plan and take over the subscription. If the plan is renewed during the grace period, everything is restored.
8.7 Who must agree to this rule. The Star agrees to Sections 8.5 and 8.6 when creating an account. The person who pays for the plan agrees to them when subscribing. That person may be the Star or an Angel. When an Angel pays for a Star's plan, both the Star and that Angel must agree. By agreeing, the Star accepts that the account and its data will be deleted if the paying Angel stops paying and no one renews the plan within the grace period.
8.8 Existing accounts. Sections 8.5 to 8.7 apply only going forward. If your account existed before October 28, 2026, we will ask you once in the App to accept these updated Terms. The screen is titled "Our terms have changed." Sections 8.5 to 8.7 apply to your account only after you accept them. We will not delete an account for non-payment if its holder has not accepted them. [Counsel to confirm: (a) for an existing Star whose plan an Angel pays, whether deletion for non-payment requires acceptance by the Star only, or by both the Star and that Angel; (b) what happens to an existing user who declines or never answers the "Our terms have changed" prompt, other than not being deleted for non-payment.]
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Use the Services to monitor, track, or collect information about any person without that person's knowledge and consent, or to stalk, harass, or harm anyone.
- Take readings of, or enroll the face of, anyone other than yourself.
- Use the Services as a medical device, for clinical decision-making, for diagnosis, in clinical trials, or to provide healthcare services to others, or represent the Services as doing any of those things.
- Access accounts, systems, or data without authorization, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services except under a written agreement with us.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Services, except where the law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, circumvent security or usage limits, or use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Services.
- Upload content that infringes others' rights, violates law, or contains malware.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party technology and services, including Apple (App Store, HealthKit, HomeKit, Sign in with Apple, push notifications), NuraLogix Corporation (camera-based wellness estimation), Amazon Web Services (hosting), and Twilio (verification and SMS messages). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their accuracy, and we make no warranty regarding them. Third-party licensors such as NuraLogix provide their technology "as is" and are not liable to you for it.
11. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, trademarks (including "Aurora Care," "AuroraCare," and "RagavenCare"), and design, are owned by Ragaven or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license in the EULA, no rights are granted to you. "Anura" and "DeepAffex" are trademarks of NuraLogix Corporation. Apple, Apple Health, HealthKit, and HomeKit are trademarks of Apple Inc.
12. Your Content and Feedback
You keep ownership of the information you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content only to provide, secure, and maintain the Services, as described in the Privacy Policy, and as required by law. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Your Content. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
13. Changes to the Services; Suspension and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features that depend on third parties. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time in Settings. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, and data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. If a plan is not renewed, the Star's account and its data are deleted at the end of the 30-day grace period described in Section 8.5. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 3, 4, 5.3, 6, 10, 11, 12, and 14 through 22.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL READINGS, ESTIMATES, ALERTS, CONTENT, AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. THE RAGAVEN PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, TIMELY, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY ALERT WILL BE DELIVERED, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL DETECT ANY HEALTH CONDITION, CHANGE, OR EMERGENCY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
(a) THE RAGAVEN PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, OR DEATH, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, ANY READING OR ESTIMATE, ANY ALERT OR FAILURE OF AN ALERT, ANY DECISION MADE OR NOT MADE BASED ON THE SERVICES, OR THE CONDUCT OF ANY ANGEL, USER, OR THIRD PARTY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
(b) THE RAGAVEN PARTIES' TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (ii) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
(c) THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE AND ARE AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND US. WITHOUT THEM WE WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES.
16. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, or for gross negligence or willful misconduct where the law does not permit limitation, or your rights under any consumer-protection statute that cannot be waived. In jurisdictions that do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
17. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Ragaven Parties from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: your misuse of the Services; your violation of these Terms or of law; your violation of any third party's rights, including privacy rights; information you submit about others; or, if you are an Angel, your use of a Star's information. We may assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you will cooperate with us.
18. Time Limit to Bring Claims
To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising from or related to the Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose; otherwise it is permanently barred.
19. Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
19.1 Informal resolution first. Before starting any proceeding, you and we agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 60 days. Send a written notice describing the dispute and the relief requested to support@ragavencare.com with the subject "Notice of Dispute." We will send our notice to the email on your account.
19.2 Agreement to arbitrate. Except as provided below, any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Ragaven arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, not in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section 19. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, and may be conducted by video or telephone or in the county where you live. Ragaven will pay AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees beyond the amount you would pay to file in court, unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous. The arbitrator decides all issues, except that a court decides questions about the enforceability of the class-action waiver.
19.3 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
19.4 Class-action and jury-trial waiver. YOU AND RAGAVEN AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND RAGAVEN WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. If this waiver is found unenforceable for any claim, that claim must be decided in court and not in arbitration.
19.5 Mass arbitration. If 25 or more similar demands are filed by or with the help of the same counsel or coordinated parties, they will be administered in batches under the AAA's mass-arbitration procedures, and the statute of limitations is tolled for demands awaiting administration.
19.6 30-day right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@ragavencare.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out," including your name and the phone number or email on your account, within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
19.7 Changes. If we change this Section 19, the change will not apply to a dispute of which we had notice before the change took effect.
20. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and, otherwise, by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For any matter not subject to arbitration, you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oregon, unless the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms in the App with a new "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the App or by email and ask you to accept them again. Changes apply going forward. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
22. General Terms
Entire agreement. These Terms, the EULA, and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest will remain in effect. No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of networks, carriers, cloud providers, Apple, or other third parties. Electronic communications. You consent to receive agreements, notices, and disclosures electronically, and agree they satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. Headings are for convenience only. No third-party beneficiaries except the Ragaven Parties under Sections 6, 15, and 17, and Apple as stated in the EULA.

Annex A. Additional text from the In-app Terms of Service (proposed for counsel review)
The Aurora Care app shows its own Terms of Service, consent version 2026-10-31-1. The sentences below appear in that in-app text but have no close match in this document. They are inserted as tracked changes so each can be accepted, reworded into the body above, or rejected. Where a sentence restates a commitment this document already makes in different words, rejecting it loses nothing.
Aurora Care Terms of Service
- Do not use its estimates or alerts to make treatment or medication decisions, or in place of professional medical care or an FDA-authorized medical device.
2. Service Description
- Aurora Care provides a subscription-based software application intended to assist users with information and workflow support.
- The service is a helper function only and is not a medical device, clinical decision system, or substitute for trained medical personnel.
3. No Medical Advice
- Information shown in the application may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your needs.
- We are not responsible for incorrect information shown by the application.
- You should always use independent clinical judgment and consult qualified professionals for diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or medical decisions.
4. Accounts and Security
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security issue.
5. Subscription and Billing
- Aurora Care is offered on a monthly subscription basis.
- You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable subscription fees and taxes using your selected payment method.
- Unless required by law, all fees are non-refundable and no refunds will be issued.
5.4 Existing accounts
- If your account existed before October 28, 2026, Sections 5.1 to 5.3 apply to your account only after you accept them, for example by ticking the box when you next subscribe.
6. Acceptable Use
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the service.
- Misrepresent the service as a replacement for medical care or trained personnel.
7. Intellectual Property
- The service, including software, text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Aurora Care and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
8. User Content
- If you submit content, you represent that you have the rights necessary to do so and grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to provide and improve the service, comply with law, and maintain security.
9. Privacy
- Our collection and use of information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Push Notifications
- For Stars, Aurora requests permission to send push notifications during initial setup, immediately after the Apple Health permission interaction and before the Star Dashboard appears.
- Allowing or declining either optional permission does not prevent Dashboard access.
- These notifications serve the following purposes:
- The initial Star request enables account events, safety updates, and reminders without interrupting a later health or capture task with another permission request.
- Angels who link to a Star account are prompted to enable notifications during their alert-preference setup step, so they can receive health alerts and connection events.
- Notification payloads do not contain Protected Health Information such as specific vital readings or diagnoses.
- You may revoke notification permission at any time from iOS Settings → Aurora → Notifications.
- Declining or revoking notifications means that device will not receive Aurora alerts or reminders; delivery to a linked Angel depends on the Angel's own device permission.
- All other features of the service remain available.
11. Third-Party Platforms
- If you access Aurora Care through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must also comply with the applicable platform terms and policies.
- We are not responsible for third-party services, app stores, or network providers.
13. Disclaimers
- The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
14. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurora Care will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the service.
15. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurora Care from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.
16. Governing Law and Venue
- Exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these Terms will lie in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
- The updated Terms will be posted on the service with a revised effective date.
- Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
